Since Christmas fieldwork has been increasing difficult due to the weather.

We are still trying to complete the harvest of the 2009 Organic parsnip crop. The last of the sugar beet has been harvested and will be delivered to the factory within the next couple of weeks.

We are now busy preparing machinery for the busy planting season, which begins with onions at the end of February.

Staff visits have been arranged for the coming weeks to Spain and The Netherlands to further our knowledge.
